ProMed OSCE Programme
Most courses teach you what to know. Pro-Med teaches you how to perform.
You already know the content. You’ve read the books, sat the mocks, memorised the frameworks. The problem isn’t knowledge. It’s the gap between knowing and doing when the timer starts, the examiner is watching, and the actor patient is looking at you waiting for the next question.
The Pro-Med OSCE Programme is a full-day immersive experience designed to close that gap. It combines expert teaching, realistic station practice, and high-quality 1-to-1 feedback in a format that is practical, exam-focused, and genuinely transformative. You will rotate through stations across every major clinical system: cardiology, respiratory, neurology, gastroenterology, musculoskeletal, endocrine, mental health, paediatrics, ethics, and communication. All with tutors who have sat on the examiner side of the table for years.
This is not a lecture-based course or a passive revision session. There are no PowerPoint marathons. No watching someone else demonstrate a cardiovascular exam while you take notes. From the first hour you are on your feet: examining, communicating, reasoning out loud, and getting immediate, targeted feedback on what the examiners will actually mark you on.
By the time you walk out at 5pm, you won’t just feel more prepared. You will know, concretely, what your strengths are, what your three biggest weaknesses are, and exactly how to fix them before exam day.

Highlights
Four reasons Pro-Med is different from any other OSCE course you’ll find.
A Truly Immersive Experience
Step into realistic, exam-style scenarios that mirror the pace and pressure of real OSCE stations. Practise the feel of the real thing in a supported environment, before it matters.
Built Around Performance
Knowing the theory is step one. We train the skills examiners actually mark: clinical communication, structure, examination technique, and thinking clearly under pressure.
Expert-Led, Student-Centred
Delivered by medical tutors with years of OSCE examination experience. They’ve been on both sides of the table, so they can teach you exactly what gets marks and what doesn’t.
High-Value 1-to-1 Feedback
Targeted, individual feedback that identifies your strengths, sharpens your weak areas, and builds a confident exam technique. You won’t leave guessing how you did.
Every system. Every station type. In a single day.
OSCEs don’t warn you which system is coming next. Neither do we. You’ll rotate through stations that span the full breadth of what medical schools examine, with a tutor marking you on the exact criteria your examiner will use.
Cardiology
Cardiovascular examination, chest pain histories, interpreting heart sounds and ECGs under exam pressure.
Respiratory
Respiratory examination, breathlessness histories, asthma & COPD counselling, inhaler technique.
Neurology
Cranial nerves, upper & lower limb neuro exams, stroke histories, communicating complex diagnoses.
Gastroenterology
Abdominal examination, abdominal pain & GI bleeding histories, hepatology, nutrition counselling.
Musculoskeletal
Hip, knee, shoulder and spine examinations · GALS · orthopaedic histories · red flags.
Endocrine & Diabetes
Diabetes counselling, thyroid examination, endocrine histories, interpreting blood results live.
Mental Health
Risk assessments, depression & anxiety histories, capacity assessments, breaking difficult news.
Paediatrics
Paediatric histories, developmental assessment, talking to worried parents, safeguarding conversations.
Communication
Breaking bad news, explaining procedures, handling angry patients, MDT handovers, SBAR.
Ethics & Law
Consent, confidentiality, capacity, end-of-life discussions, dealing with ethical dilemmas.
Clinical Skills
Venepuncture, cannulation, ABG, catheterisation, suturing, all practised on high-fidelity models.
Data & Prescribing
Interpreting bloods, X-rays, ECGs, drug charts · safe prescribing · error spotting under time pressure.
Station content adapts to your medical school’s OSCE format. Tell us your university on the enrolment form and we’ll tailor the day.
Why 1-to-1 feedback is the single biggest lever on your OSCE score
You can read a textbook a hundred times and still fail the cardio station. Why? Because no one has ever told you what you’re actually doing wrong.
Most revision is a monologue. You study, you test yourself, you guess how you did. OSCEs don’t work that way. They are marked by a human watching every hand position, every question you forget to ask, every moment you break eye contact to stare at the ceiling thinking.
At ProMed, every station you complete ends with a tutor who has examined real OSCEs telling you, precisely, where you lost marks and how to get them back. That one conversation will do more for your score than another week of textbook revision. We’ve seen it happen all day, every course.
You won’t leave guessing how you did. You’ll leave with a plan.
Stations practised
Two full OSCE circuits, morning and afternoon, so you can apply feedback immediately and watch your performance climb in real time.
Clinical systems covered
From cardiology to communication to clinical skills. The full breadth of what your medical school will throw at you.
Personal debrief
A dedicated end-of-day feedback session just for you. Your strengths, your weaknesses, your next three priorities, in writing.
Taught by OSCE examiners
Every tutor has examined real medical school OSCEs. They know exactly what the mark scheme rewards, and what it doesn’t.
