We look forward to welcoming all residential students on Monday 20th July!

As a reminder, students may arrive at any point during the day. Room check-in will be available from 4:00pm.

We look forward to welcoming you soon!

Dear Students and Parents,

We are looking forward to the ProEd Summer School starting next week and cannot wait to welcome you!

If you have pre-booked airport transfers with us, or are travelling as part of an organised student group, your transfer confirmation will be sent to you, or to your group leader, by end of Friday of this week.

If you are travelling independently, please make your way directly to the accommodation:

Residential students may arrive at any time on Monday 20th July.

If you are attending as a day student, your course will start on Tuesday 21st July. We will send you separate information by end of Friday of this week.

Pre-arrival forms

Dear Parent/Guardian,

We are excited to welcome your child to ProEd soon!

To ensure your child has an exceptional experience with us and to help make their arrival as smooth as possible, we ask you to complete the essential pre-arrival forms using the links provided below.

The forms must be completed by you, as the parent or guardian, or by an authorised agent acting on your behalf. Forms completed by students cannot be accepted. If you choose to use an agent, we ask that you review and fully understand all the information provided and any consents given prior to submission. Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may affect our ability to fully support your child’s needs during their stay.

We will be providing additional updates throughout June and July. We may also reach out to you if we require any further information or clarification. 

If you have booked an airport pickup with ProEd, the details will be shared approximately one week before the arrival.

Included

All nights on Imperial College campus. Standard Twin Ensuite Room shared with another ProEd pupil of same age and gender.

Optional upgrade to single room available. Can be added at point of booking.

A cooked breakfast and dinner is included all days.

Optional lunch vouchers can be booked for students attending all residential programmes. Can be added at point of booking.

On-campus cafes and restaurants are available. However, they only accept payment cards and do not accept cash.

Course relevant day in industry includes all travel expenses.

All excursions and a comprehensive evening social programme.

Provided by Endsleigh, this policy covers emergency medical assistance and medical costs, cancellation, loss, theft or damage to baggage and money.
