Dr Ahmed Ezzat is a distinguished academic general surgery registrar with extensive experience in undergraduate medical education. He is is training to specialise in breast cancer surgery and is an avid contributor to published research. Ahmed researches cutting edge technologies combined with artificial intelligence to improve cancer surgery.
Dr Josephine Holt: MA (Cantab) MBBS
General Practitioner , University College London
Dr Holt studied pre-Clinical medicine at University of Cambridge before moving to University College London to complete her Clinical studies. She also holds a Masters degree in Health Economics and Health Policy from University of Birmingham. Josephine specialisied as a GP in training at the Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead, North London.
Dr Medhat Ezzat MSc, FRCPCH
Consultant Paediatric Neonatologist , Clinical Director for Neonatology at York NHS Trust
Dr Ezzat is a leader in neonatal care internationally. A consultant in Neonatal Paediatrics and Honorary senior lecturer and Regional Lead in Paediatrics, college tutor and principal regional examiner RCPCH overseeing postgraduate paediatrics exams worldwide.
Dr Matthieu Komorowski PhD MD
Anaesthetics and Intensive Care Consultant, Imperial College London
Dr Komorowski is a Clinical Senior Lecturer at Imperial College London and a consultant in intensive care at Charing Cross Hospital. He holds additional qualifications in space, mountain, diving and hyperbaric medicine. In 2022, he reached the final stages of the European Space Agency astronaut selection.
Dr. Andrew Shafik
General Practitioner, Club Doctor, Crystal Palace FC
Dr Shafik is currently a Club Doctor at Crystal Palace FC and is studying a PgCert in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound. He has previously worked at Gateshead FC and Newcastle United FC Academy, Millwall FC and Chelsea FC. He is Senior Editor and Podcast Lead at the FMPA, Assistant Secretary at the FA Medical Society and is Professional Development Advisor/Teaching Fellow on the university of Bath’s MSc in Football Medicine in partnership with FIFA.
