Pre-arrival forms

Dear Parent/Guardian,

We are excited to welcome your child to ProEd soon!

To ensure your child has an exceptional experience with us and to help make their arrival as smooth as possible, we kindly ask you to complete the essential pre-arrival forms using the links provided below.

The forms must be completed by you, as the parent or guardian, or by an authorised agent acting on your behalf. Forms completed by students cannot be accepted. If you choose to use an agent, we kindly ask that you review and fully understand all the information provided and any consents given prior to submission.

We will be providing additional updates throughout June and July, so please remember to check your emails regularly. We may also reach out to you if we require any further information or clarification. If you have booked an airport pickup with ProEd, the details will be shared approximately one week before the arrival.

We understand that travel details, such as flight information, may not yet have been finalised. If this is the case, you may leave the travel section of the form blank and instead use the Supplementary Travel Form below to provide these details once they become available.

Included

All nights on Imperial College campus. Standard Twin Ensuite Room shared with another ProEd pupil of same age and gender.

Optional upgrade to single room available. Can be added at point of booking.

A cooked breakfast and dinner is included all days.

Optional lunch vouchers can be booked for students attending all residential programmes. Can be added at point of booking.

On-campus cafes and restaurants are available. However, they only accept payment cards and do not accept cash.

Course relevant day in industry includes all travel expenses.

All excursions and a comprehensive evening social programme.

Provided by Endsleigh, this policy covers emergency medical assistance and medical costs, cancellation, loss, theft or damage to baggage and money.

Airport transfers are not included in the programme fee but can be purchased during the booking process.
